Tips to Increase Hair Growth Speed

Women with thick and lengthy hair generally leaves a great impact on others. Healthy hair grows approximately 1 cm per month, so about 12 cm a year. In some people, the hair grows much more slowly, and they want to speed up hair growth. So don’t get worried and try these natural tips and remedies for healthy hair growth.
Tip 1
Press out the juice of three fully ripe tomatoes and mix it well with an egg yolk, 1 tablespoon of honey and 2 tablespoon water. Apply this mixture on your hair completely. Leave it on your hair for about 30 minutes and then rinsed out with warm water. This natural home remedy not only make your hair grow faster, but also strengthens them immensely. It also prevents the
hair loss. It is recommended to repeat the application once a week.
Tip 2
Scalp massage with natural oil is very effective way to speed up hair growth. Coconut oil, olive oil or rosemary oil are best for hair. Massage with one of these oils on the scalp, then wrap your head with a plastic. Due to the rising body heat, the scalp is naturally heated and the oil unfolds as its effectiveness. This 30 minute treatment stimulates the scalp, improves the blood circulation and also stimulates hair growth. In addition, it nourishes the hair roots and highly effective against
dandruff. It gives your hair a silky shine.
Tip 3
Boil a whole onion with 4 garlic cloves and 2 cinnamon sticks. Make its slightly thick paste. Simply massage this paste on your hair roots for 15 minutes and then rinse with clear water. Onions bring tears to the eyes, but they will become tears of joy! This remedy makes your
hair longer, stronger and more voluminous. This onion conditioner is recommended for only those people with a natural hair color.
Tip 4
Human
hair grows an average of 12-15 cm per year. Due to split ends, hair has no chance of healthy growth. For this reason, you should at least get cut the hair tips every month and so the split ends efficiently prevent.
Tip 5
Whole grains, nuts, carrots, yogurt, broccoli, green vegetables, beans, fish, eggs and lots of fruits should be on the menu, as the minerals and proteins contained in these foods, speed up hair growth tremendously.
Tip 6
Keep in mind that
hair need their particular sleep. At-least take 6-8 hour sleep, because for good health,
glowing skin and healthy hair a complete and proper sleep is necessary.
